Citizens Advice South Hams is seeking an organised and proficient benefits adviser to lead and develop benefits advice across the charity. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the quality and smooth functioning of benefits advice, supporting a small team of specialist advisers and expanding benefits competence across the workforce.
