How the web chat and email pilot is helping our clients
The web chat and email project was launched in February 2015 and since then over 80 local Citizens Advice have joined, ourselves included.
Between us we have answered over 25,000 web chats and over 3,000 emails, as well as offering specialist advice on several areas including benefits, immigration and employment.
This has been a great success and on surveying clients 80% said they have been satisfied with this service.
This service means clients who may find it hard to contact us through traditional methods can now access our services.
