Citizens Advice says a big thank you to local law firms
Citizens Advice South Hams would like to thank Start Point Law of Kingsbridge and SW Law Solicitors of Ivybridge, as well as members of the public who took part in Wills Week 21.
The two law practices kindly waived all fees on Simple Wills throughout the week. In turn, the fees were donated to Citizens Advice South Hams and the local charity is very pleased to announce that over £1,000 has been raised. The donations go directly towards helping provide free and impartial advice to people of the South Hams.
‘With the cost of living crisis, we are seeing more people facing financial difficulties’, says Janie Moor, Chief Officer of Citizens Advice South Hams. ‘The support of the local community is paramount in helping us to deliver our services, and we are very grateful for the support we receive from the local law firms.’
